Shell to

Porcupine Falls

SHELL to porcupine falls

One of the most breathtaking views of the Northern Bighorn Mountains.. Porcupine Falls. This Ride is home to some of widest variety of terrain. Departing from the Old Shell Store, we begin a 45 mile ride through western terrain with a very MOAB feel. We'll experience everything from steep climbs, to straight aways Red Clay cliffs. Once we reach the Duggway we begin an ascent up Hunt Mountain. Thick pine country with open clearings home to one of the best lookouts in all of the Bighorns. From there we'll continue our Ride up the mountain through windy country roads until we reach the Porcupine Trail Head. Now the descent. A short 25-30 minute hike straight down to the waterfall. Once there, you'll see Porcupine Falls in all of its majesty. This is our favorite Ride throughout the Bighorns as you get to experience a little bit of EVERYTHING with a view that'll take your breath away.
